Upload your trial balance (CSV, one row per account) and the supporting schedule behind those balances (CSV). F20 joins the two on the GL account and reports, account by account, the balance, the support for it, the difference and how old it is.
Free balance sheet reconciliation: check every account against the schedule behind it and list accounts nothing supports. Upload the file this page names, review the result in the browser, and download CSV or Excel when offered.
Joins the trial balance to its supporting schedule on the GL account — the only key that means anything for this comparison, which is why it runs one account-level match level rather than the shared ten that key on references, amounts and narration and would happily match two unrelated accounts. An account with no schedule rows at all is reported as missing support, never as reconciled: zero rows is no measurement, not a zero difference. Differences are compared to zero exactly and never scaled by account size, so a 0.01 break on a large account stays a break, and the ageing 'as of' date is the latest date across both files rather than today's.
Upload the trial balance and the supporting schedule. They are joined on the GL account. An account with no schedule rows is reported as missing support, never as reconciled. A 0.01 break stays a break.
Open the page, drop the trial balance and the schedule, and read the result in the browser. Download CSV or Excel when the tool offers those exports.
Yes. There is no charge and no account required. Every tool on F20 FinanceOps runs without signing in. A run made without an account is not recorded.
No. Uploaded files are processed in memory and dropped when the response is sent. Nothing is written to disk. They are never stored.
Have the trial balance and the supporting schedule, joined on GL account. An account with no schedule rows should stay in the file — missing support is a finding, not a row to delete.
Work accounts with no support and any 0.01 break as a break. Check the trial balance and GL movement if the remaining question is whether the books themselves moved unlike themselves.
Balance-sheet rec is account vs schedule before you sign the pack. A 0.01 difference stays a break. No account is marked reconciled because the schedule was empty.
